How to Open Your Storefront
Storefront guide

Open your storefront and manage it with confidence.

Follow the screenshots below to open the Storefront page, control whether buyers can access it, copy your public link, and understand your storefront analytics.

Section 1

Open the Storefront page from the menu

Start by opening the sidebar menu and choosing the Storefront section.

From the sidebar menu, tap “Storefront” to open your storefront management page.
Section 2

Review your storefront overview

The top part of the Storefront Settings page shows your store link, status, quick actions, and summary cards.

Tap “Open Store” if you want to visit your public storefront directly from this page.

Check the Active Products card to see how many products are currently live in your storefront.

Check Item Views to know how many times buyers have viewed your listed items.

Use “Copy Link” to quickly copy your storefront URL and share it anywhere.

Check the Active Services card to see how many services are visible in the storefront.

Review Buy Now Taps to understand how many people have tapped through to contact you.

Use the “Open store” switch to decide whether buyers can currently access your storefront.

Tap “Preview Link” at the top if you want to preview your storefront page quickly.

Control store message and save changes

You can customize the closed-store message, preview the public page, and save your storefront settings.

Edit the closed store message to tell buyers what they should do when your store is not open.

Tap “Preview Public Store” to see exactly how the public storefront page looks to buyers.

Tap “Save Storefront” after making any changes so your settings are updated.

In Quick Actions, review your public store link so you know the exact URL to share.

Tap “Copy Store Link” to copy your public store address to your clipboard.

Tap “Open Store Link” to open the public storefront in a browser tab or phone browser.

Tap “Contact on WhatsApp” to test or use the WhatsApp action connected to your storefront.

Review performance and mini analytics

The lower part of the page helps you understand what items are performing best and whether your store is attracting buyer interest.

Check Top Performing Items to see which products or services are getting the most views and taps.

Read the Vendor Mini Analytics section for a quick summary of your storefront performance.

Check Total Listings so you know how many items are currently part of your storefront.

Review the Conversion Signal percentage to understand buyer interest and tap performance.

Look through the store statistics such as store status, total item views, total Buy Now taps, and best performing item.

Open your store only when your products, services, and pricing are ready for buyers to view.
Share your copied storefront link on WhatsApp Status, groups, and customer chats to increase visits.
Watch the Buy Now taps and top performing items often so you know what buyers like most.
Use a clear closed-store message so customers know whether to come back later or contact you directly.
Save your storefront settings after every important change so nothing is lost.
